is the turistic entertainer? And what is in charge to do?
The
turistic entertainer is working to entertain
daily the hotel guests with an
entertainment programme studied for the kind of turist placed
in hotel. The daily
programme include sport, tournaments,
games, events and special days, dance and happening, promoting
the sound competition between the players.
For the kids
the programme is really rich of different games and special
days, most of them are outside the kids club and it’s
shared by mini, maxi and teenies club, it depends by the
ages.
The night programme
starts always with time for children with the baby dance
and game, kids show, puppets show, etc.
It keep on going on with short games for adults, which are
bingo or specifically “after 8” games and finally
the entertainment show, which are musicals, comedy night,
micro games or professional
shows contract by the hotel management!

Why
the salary is in gross?
The salary is in gross because there are the spanish
taxes to pay. How much they are? It depends since
how long the entertainer
worked legally in Spain signed a spanish contract.
For example if you
never worked in Spain your per cent will be between
4% and about 8% per month of your gross salary, depends
in which area you will going the work.

What
are the main conditions necessary to be recruited by ANIMASPAGNA?
It’s necessary to
be 18 y.o., be european union citizen or foreign
people non-European with a working
permission in Spain (they will be in possession of
NIE). All kind of jobs needs professionality
and responsability are necessary, it doesn’t
means be serious, nothing at all... on the contrary this
job needs always a smile.
Of course be positive and funny is a big vantage for this
job. Enthusiasm, flexibility,
spirit of adaptability, good attitude to the job
are the main elements to be part of this young world! Indispensable
is the availibility
of time of 4-5-6 months. Another favourite skill
is to be able to talk one or more languages. |
If
my availability to work is just for 2-3 months?
In this case it will be better that your availibility will
be from june, or july and august (not may
and june) even if september
and october are still good months to work as entertainer.
These positions are about substitutions
or reiforcements. The ideal job period will be from
may‘till october. |

Is
it possible to work all year long?
It’s possible to work all year long for example in
Canary islands
and many hotels in Andalusia
and in few hotels in Majorca. There are many opportunities
to grow up with the company.

Can

Is
it necessary to know foreign languages?
It’s not necesary to know many languages, but english
and one more are really useful in many cases. If
you are english mothertoungue will be fine. It’s important
to comunicate and it depends from your destination and the
job you will cover. That’s why sometimes we
are looking for people with good knowlodge of one or more
languages (above all english,
german and french). More

There
is a job test period?
The test period is 15
days for entertainers and 1 month for responsable and chef
entertainers, while the agency and the worker can
get over the contract
without any specified reason. The test period will be payd.
During the first days you will be supported
by other entertainers, your responsable and the entertainment
supervisor who will be for you always a reference point
during all the season.

We are looking for all
kind of entertainers, polyvalent entertainers (who
can manage all kinds of jobs), kids club entert., sportive,
dancers, singers, jugglers, magicians, chef entertainers,
responsables of small and medium staff, chef sport and creative
people. |

How
is working the recruitment?
The recruiting will be made by an on line enterview on skype.
At the end of it we will give you an answer about a possible
job offer or in a couple of weeks. |

You could give us a preference,
it depends from your available period, your CV and our availables
vacancies. If it’s
possible, why not. |
Do
you pay the travel ticket?
The entertainer
is in charge for his flight cost, for the simple
reason that the company is spanish and all the hotels
are in Spain. We don’t work for tour operator which
have cheap flights availables for their entertainers.
You will understand that if the company will be in charge
to pay the flight to hundreds of entertainers and they
will leave before the contract time will be over, this
will be a very big problem for the company. In this way
the entertainer is feeling also more responsable with
his job, because he is paying his flight.
The spanish company is in charge to pay all
the cost about internal trasports, for example
from Majorca ‘till Gran Canaria or from Malaga ‘till
Menorca, if they need to change your destination for any
kind of reason.
